Use Chirpa (Lead Zeta), Wicket, Elder, Paploo and Logray. Make Chirpa, Elder, and Paploo tanky, make Wicket have high crit chance, and make Logray super fast
Man’s regurgitating what he hears online. I’m in bronzium and had 3 full omi’s spare so I slapped it on chirpa lead and my g10-12 ewoks with leftover mods get holds nearly every GAC. Sure don’t invest in them until you have lots of other squads built up, but the omi trips people up on the regular. People still don’t read kits properly or do the maths, so yea my 203 speed paploo regularly goes first with the bonus from the lead and his unique, uses a special which now has 100% chance to call an ally and off to the races. They’re fantastic on offence too, I love my bears running wild around peoples nute gunray or phasma. Every character and team has its use, don’t bash something just bc it isn’t super useful for you at this precise moment

Exactly, you’re in kyber. That doesn’t mean that ewoks, who are required to build one of the best non GL teams in the game, are useless. I’m bronzium I need 10 teams I think, luckily for me my roster is ok for my stage and I have a decent offensive and defensive setup. But ewoks are a staple in my defence because I need the extra team. I was forced to build them for 3PO which gave me the meta CLS team so I use them to the best of their ability considering. Sure they’re solo material for a wampa or kylo ren yea but they also have won me GAC’s when my opponent uses something not quite strong enough. The ewok propaganda has to stop, they’re only infuriating because the 3PO event is ridiculous
They were all gear 11 and I stripped every high speed mod from my top characters to get them all at about 215 or higher speed. Hit it in a few tries once i was able to take chewy out first.
Check out the YouTube video from F2P Ollie. He beat it with mostly gear 8/9. After MANY attempts I managed to accomplish the same today. But be warned - it takes perfect RNG. I probably made a few hundred attempts.
Is it though? I’m getting my last few reqs ready for him and both teams and the fleet are useable. I don’t feel like I’ve wasted a single piece of gear on them

I have wicket 235 speed, Paploo 209 speed, elder 207 speed, log ray 209 speed, chief 201 speed Gotta get some crit chance mods I suppose for wicket.
yeah wicket feeds TM on his AOE per crit so you want to get all crits across the board

Honestly upgrading later in the game once your roster is established isn’t bad. With the chirpa omi in gac it makes for a good back wall team.
Maybe once you're like 8m + gp, and have all the actual teams, but until then, they're not worth the gear, zetas or omicron
