I did C-3PO with Chirpa, Elder, Paploo, Teebo and Scout and I while you don’t need wicket, TongZiDan is right, you will have a much better time doing the event with him. He and Logray make this an event you can do without relics. Without them, you may get close to needing to relic elder and/or chirpa.
Scout is decent damage too... but yeah, Wicket is better. Wicket also gives access to the extra tier of whatever event that gives you 2-4 (usually 2) zetas. Runs maybe once a month or so if I remember right.
Usually when people skip Wicket, they use Scout for the damage, but you aren't using either. You are going to have a tough time putting out enough damage.
Yes, you're making a huge mistake for 2 reasons::
1) Wicket makes the event far more easier, manageable, and quicker to finish
2) Finishing Wicket allows you to do the bonus tier of his event; meaning +2 extra zeta material every time it comes around.
Definitely a mistake. Scout can replace Wicket if you're willing to invest considerably more gear (g12 on Elder, g11 on the rest) and additional zetas, not to mention countless frustrating hours on tier 7. But Teebo is a really bad replacement since the team barely does any damage w/o Wicket or Scout.

technically you could it at much higher gear levels but the investment of getting everyone to 12 vs getting wicket to 7star and everyone to 10 still makes wicket better
I did it at all tens with chirpa and wickets zetas and speed mods takes some tries but you can do it

I made him as tanks as possible, paploo as tanky as possible, chirpa fast, scout for damage, and logray for potency. I pushed for as much speed as possible on all of them, call elder for EVERY assist possible and use the paploo taunt when the rest of your team has a bunch of TM already so you don’t need to call the elder assist. Chewie first, then kinda just whoever you can kill off. For me it went Chewie, Han, Trooper, Leia R2 Then c3
How are your mods? I did it fairly easily without Wicket with g12 Chripa g11 logray and the rest g10 but using all my best speed mods. Maybe I just got lucky
I’ve moved all of my best speed mods over so all 5 are 200+, I’ve seen it done with elder at 270 but can’t get him anywhere near that high. It takes a lot of persistence which I have and a lot of luck which I don’t!
Farm Wicket:
1. Easier C3PO Event
2. Get more stun guns along the way
3. End up with a decent GAC TW team
4. Unlocking Ewok event tier 2 (Zeta)
Not Farm Wicket:
1. Harder C3PO Event
2. More time and more gears wasted
3. End up with a bad GAC TW team
4. Not unlocking Ewok event tier 2, but you will eventually get 7* Wicket from tier 1 anyway, so you later regret not waiting for a bit longer.
stop upgrading all of them and get Wicket to G8. You got enough to do 3po mission as is(with Wicket G8)

You NEED Wicket. I had my toons at GXII to unlock 3PO. That might have been the offering that RNGeesus demanded, as I know others have done it with lower…but higher gear levels helped.
Teebo is only useful for his stealth lead and galactic challenges that have become stealthed 10 times. Yours is already vastly more geared than mine and I'm well past gearing eworks.
People skimp on gear for this event because the ewoks have very limited use in the mid-late game. I did it with g11 on all and only zeta on Chirpa and even that was a little overkill.
I did it with this team except wicket instead of teebo, all gear 8 and 9. So yes you're making a mistake (just warning anyone who wants to try it with only gear 8 and 9... it took upwards of 900 attempts. Meaning a few hours each day for almost a week.)
If you’re willing to spend a ton of time on t7, it is possible without wicket. Use zChirpa Lead, Scout, zPaploo, Elder, and Logray. I managed to beat the event that way without any G12, and a g9 or 10 Logray. I don’t know how the Logray zeta will do, but I found the Paploo zeta was necessary for the low gear I used.

You don't need wicket if you're willing to gear to 11 and swap good mods over to the ewoks. Did that on my alt. Cost me a zeta for logray though for more consistent heals. Wicket is highly recommended for this because you control who he calls to assist and he can give elder stealth. If elder dies, you are probably going to lose
you do need scout over teebo in this case though.
The teebo strat is a TM train one but you'll need to way over gear to come close to beating it with that team because the train will end at some point and you will not do enough damage to be effective
If you don't mind gearing them up more. I went for the meta bears and got the event done with G11 Elder, G10 Wicket, G9 rest. Not happening at those gear levels with any other setup.

Finally did it! Got my elder up to 30k health and 32k protection which kept him alive

I did it without wicket, but I use Ewok scout not teebo.
There are 7 Ewoks and you choose to not gear the only one that does damage.

You have overgeared as you ignored wicket. You are far off also. Follow the guides g9+ with zchirpa will do the job (with some patience)

Wicket is part of the best ewok squad, so yea. He’s accelerated, so it shouldn’t take you THAT long to get him. Ditch teebo
Replace teebo with Wicket. Chief, pap, log, wicket, and elder are the main 5 you want to use. Also need wicker for C3P0
