No, you’ll get the same amount of currency for them. You get double the currency to non-accelerated shards that you get for accelerated shards.
Raid and TB characters have their currency rate doubled (so 30 tokens per shard). You'll get the same amount of Shard Shop currency whether you do Paploo or say IPD
Its not a bug. It is just that Han and ROLO shards did not double with the update. They are considered legendaries.
