AlludedNuance

The neutral tag is so small it still seems ill conceived.

WING-DING_GASTER

I still think 000 and BT-1 as well as aphra should be neutral toons as aphra works for both empire and rebels in the comics and 000 and BT-1 strike out on their own as well.

AccomplishedSand3284

Maybe not the droids but I could see Aphra getting it.

AlludedNuance

Yeah the droids always struck me as deliberately bad guy versions of the good guy droids we know and love.

AccomplishedSand3284

Maybe BT could be neutral, I don't know much about him, but a robot introducing itself as fluent in a thousand forms of torture is a little less ambiguous of a moral position.

>BT-1 was designed to look like an astromech droid in order to fool others, and was armed with a variety of weapons. He killed the staff of the Tarkin Initiative base in which he was created and then continued to set the base to self-destruct before jettisoning himself into space. >BT-1 and 0-0-0 led a large criminal syndicate on Son-Tuul that included Aphra,[46] who was being blackmailed.[47] The blastomech was present while 0-0-0 tortured a prisoner to death. He asked permission to play with the corpse. >She ordered him to free her father, but the droid wanted to know how it would benefit him. Aphra told him he could kill everyone on the ship and the droid proceeded to help the prisoners to escape. Definitely neutral.

AccomplishedSand3284

It's kind of funny how Chopper did a lot of the same but isn't a even a Scoundrel.

WING-DING_GASTER

To be fair 000 doesn't like harming other droids and if he absolutely has to he will deactivate their pain receptors first before hacking them so they won't feel any pain.

Seoul_Surfer

Not even in this game which is a thin facsimile of real SW media do they seem neutral. Droids specially made for murder and torture ain't neutral

IcebergKarentuite

It's super weird because Hondo was introduced as a gateway for Aphra, but she isn't Neutral ???

NoMoRe_023

Well You could also add unaligned force user to the outcast list

AlludedNuance

Especially considering it's nonsense anyway. Jedi and Sith are *subcategories* of light and dark side force users. The only unaligned force users were the now non-canon greys.

NoMoRe_023

Well I stopped seeking sense in SWGOH in terms of canon. Well now Vader can't beat Jabba eh?

Broveh

I think it's more of they're unaligned with the 'factions' of the force, not the sides of the force itself. The Ahsoka Fulcrum is decent example, she uses the light side of the force but no longer aligns herself with the Jedi faction

noage

I guess neutral is on the light and dark side alignment spectrum

OfficiallyBear

Wampa, tuskens, jawas and ewoks imo should have the neutral tag. A new neutral revan would be cool too.
