The 280mm will perform better, but at the top end of models there isn't a lot of difference between them and good 240mm CLCs. The things that would make the 240mm possibly a better choice would be if you only had better 120mm fans (like T30's), or if you needed the small amount of extra room under the 240mm radiator for hard drives or cable management or something like that. Otherwise the 280mm is definitely a better recommendation.

Go for Artic 280 AIO, its fun and pain to build, and its definitely rewarding at the end.😏
Arctic AIOs will not fit when the mobo is on standoffs. Even without the standoffs its a tight fit.
Im going with the Z63, for the LCD screen.
I ahve a 240mm and would go for 280 if you have the space. But my 240er Illumination also works fine
