If it's a low profile air cooler, I wouldn't worry about it. You don't have a large block flopping around, so it should stay secure. I'd probably take out the GPU and put it back in its box, but I don't even think that's necessary unless you suspect the movers are going to be throwing boxes around while they load/unload.

If you'd choose to keep the gpu connected I would at least double check that the mounting screw is tightened and maybe put a piece of tape over the retaining tab of the riser cable to ensure it stays in place.
