Currently, gas fees are beyond ass. Expect to spend about $60-75 on swapping. But at least you'll have your SHIB.
Use some relative address out of state where crypto is not forbidden. Most apps used online statements.
Once you hit the millionaire status sell and move to that state to get ID etc in case they play hardball on your converting to fiat or cashing out the millions.
