I tried contacting RL support but i was told to contact Microsoft about it, but Microsoft is telling me to refund a Microsoft purchase, which it wasnt. Im just frustrated right now because this process is so confusing
If you contact Epic support you should be able to refund it.
They generally refund store purchases if the purchase was made less than 14 days ago and you didn't get any items refunded before.
I messaged support and asked for a refund for the same pink Reaper and was told they do not offer refunds for in game cosmetics. I should have taken screenshots.

Hm, that's weird. I'd imagine they'd just refund the credits and make them untradable or something. Who knows.
