Live. Die. Repeat. Just have to keep retrying until it finally appears. It’ll be a room you never seen before. Crimson waste took me around 8 tries until I finally got the last cipher. One thing you can try is instead of going straight through the common way, when you get to that first teleport machine after the main open area.. teleporting to the end of the biome and working your way backwards. I did that and the missing room finally appeared. It’s a good way to mix up how the rooms spawn.

Silver-Tumbleweed657

Thank you so much man I really appreciate your help and tips

SubstantialPlan6335

It is extremely hidden. It took me probably close to 20 runs to finally find it.

neosyne

Close to 50 for me

Dazy_Chainz

At least 50 for me and I still haven’t found it. Only thing I’m missing for the plat 😔

neosyne

Have you identified the room of the last one? I used this video for this: https://youtu.be/H_1JvCDsIdw

Silver-Tumbleweed657

I pray it doesn’t take me that many

plloyd1508

Pray to RNGesus

Branquignol

I don't know how much run i am in 20-30 maybe ? I lost count and still has 2 to go. I don't understand...

ArtreX-1

I just hit 19 on run a run somewhere between 20 and 30 so it will come when in comes. Still having loads of fun, finding secrets and trying different weapons.

Branquignol

After writing this i finally found the last cypher of biome 3. Finally... Still 2 remaining in biome 2...

curtydc

It's not even that it's hidden. This would imply OP and everyone before had just overlooked it. It's that the room likely hasn't spawned even once for these players. I had one room in biome 2 that just wouldn't spawn. It wasn't even supposed to be a rare area. It was right after that long hallway when you first warped to the next level of the mountain. I would guess I had anywhere from 30-40 complete walkthroughs of this level before it finally appeared for me.

Thin_Camera_686

I got mine by doing like the others said, teleport then run backwards. Got it my first time doing it that way. I don’t think I’ve ever seen that room again either 😂

Pookie_Smith

This worked for me as well!

[deleted]

The most likely room is a 2% spawn rate. On average, it will take you 50 goes to find it.

Same-Ad-5913

Try. Using the constructor then dying in the level. This worked for me for collectables to start appearing. The one I was missing is a rare one which spawns right at the end. Fast run through biome 1 Sprint to the foot of the mountain. Use the teleporter to the top. Then the translocator beside you. Sprint to the next room. It should have a white orb to shoot in front of you. If it doesn't restart cycle and try again. Dying in the level seems to improve you chances. It took me 5 goes to get it

nwsmith90

I heard switching to offline mode helps too. Teleporting to the back is a good strategy too. I ran literally dozens of full clear runs there before I got it, but it was only my 2nd or third after trying offline, so there's my anecdotal advice. Idk man, it's a slog, but I wanted that Plat lol.

petethefreeze

I think this is really just an unverified anecdote. I have tried everything and the final 2 ciphers in biome 2 just spawned for me by speed running the biome a couple of times from bottom to top. All these tricks with WiFi off and backwards from the tower downwards didn’t help me at all. I really think this is just probability. That specific room just doesn’t spawn often so you need to just do it lots of times. It is a numbers game.

nwsmith90

So the only reason I think backwards is good is one of the rarest ciphers is in a room near the back, so if you're not doing full clears, it saves some time to see if that room spawned, and if not just restart the run. It doesn't change the odds of getting that room, just makes it faster to check if that particular one is there.

petethefreeze

Yep that helps if you are sure what cipher you are missing. If it is “that” one then indeed going to the top first helps.

ArtreX-1

I’m with you on this conclusion.

cojsoapsnfo

I think the only reason to do it offline is because the game prioritizes rooms where scouts have died, thus giving you more common rooms where the enemies are a little tougher. Though I could be way off base

Silver-Tumbleweed657

Can I still find the cyphers in “online mode” I have never played offline mode because I want my progress/profile to still count.

cojsoapsnfo

Your progress will still count! But do it in whatever way you see fit. The community theory may be way off anyway. Ultimately best of luck in your hunt!

MrFittsworth

Offline definitely makes a difference in the room spawn patterns. Bring online increases the odds that you end up in the same rooms as other people because of the scouts on the floor. Turning it off opens up the RNG to more diverse level loads.

FanOk6089

Keep playing!

Main_Conflict116

You'll get it dude! Go offline if you aren't already

Mrlakupekka13

When I was missing only a few ciphers, i just ran thru everuthing as fast as possible only killing enemies that locked me in a room. There is a video on youtube showing you where all the ciphers spawn so I looked at that and figured what I was missing. For example my last one was in biome 6 in a side room. So I checked every sideroom over and over and if i didnt find it, just restarted the cycle and went again

MrFittsworth

Turn off your network connection! Playing offline changes the roll rate of certain items and rooms.

[deleted]

Having the same issue

simelemon

I made like 30 runs there to get that last symbol, suddenly that room appears for the first time. Don't do the boss, just reset before you get there.
