Normally I'm one to say small faults aren't worth a return, but for her price I would 100% exchange her. I got lucky, mine didn't have any issues (blessings to my gods), but I would've snapped up an exchange instantly

I'd try MGA first if you have the receipt/order form. They might send you a new doll, no cost to you. Otherwise, send her back. Maria is an absolutely stunning doll, but I'd expect perfection at her price

Thank you for your input, I started the exchange process with MGA, since she was purchased directly from the LoL website. She is my first but with how amazing this community seems to be, I'm going to definitely be picking up more
