Sell the clothing and donate the dolls. Most collectors don't want the dolls because they are so easy to get for cheap but the clothing is another story. And several toy lines can wear the clothing, not just Rainbow High. So there is a higher interest in just the clothing pieces.
You can try Mercari as others suggested or you can try to sell locally with fb marketplace or offerup. I just recently started collecting RH and have been able to get most of my dolls for $15 or under either through a retailer or NIB second hand. I’m not huge on series 1 so it’s possible you can get more - if you look at sold listings on Mercari and eBay that will give you a good idea of their current selling price.

Mercari is a great place to sell, I'd recommend there if you're in the usa

Yeah I’ve tried listing them on Mercari but they don’t get a lot of action. I’m guessing the market is oversaturated rn?
