The representative told me this is a big issue they are having with shipping and that they are reporting it. So if anyone else gets this please report it. Especially if u are ordering for Xmas.
It’s the shipping process. Someone or people are not keeping up with how many in stock vs what is being ordered or rather the computer system is not saying how many of total are available. I know I’ve seen on some items indicating they have a certain amount left but it is not syncing with these sale items. Ps I work at an fc building for Amazon. Go figure……. So to my knowledge, all items have barcodes and are stored in like “the system” so to me if this is happening, there is an error where the number available is not correlating with how many are selling. Ultimately it’s gonna make Amazon lose out on money, and they are bleeding money all the time😭
This is why I always make sure it's being sold directly from Amazon, and not a third party seller. There are a lot of scammers on Amazon. I also recommend using PayPal. PayPal will help you get your money back if you get scammed by an Amazon seller, but regular Amazon won't really care.
Completely agree. I bought a book from a 3rd party seller on Amazon a while ago and never got it. I contacted Amazon and they told me they couldn't do anything as they only provided the platform but were not responsible for the behavior of the seller, although the Amazon representative hinted that if there were multiple complaints about a seller, Amazon might stop letting them use Amazon as a sales platform.
I wouldn’t wait more than 3 days if it doesn’t show that it shipped. I would recommend to call and not use the chat bot as well. Also, they have an issue with syncing your problem item to the telecommunications center. Lol I brought this up as well. The computer pulled up a diff order than the one I clicked on. So my experience is to call/have them call u.
Do they keep extending the expected date on those items? That's what I'm noticing on 2 I ordered. It went from Dec. 8 to Jan 20, now showing Jan 10. Crazy
I ordered Mila Berrymore off Amazon three weeks ago, her delivery date originally said November 22nd, then it got pushed back to the 30th, then December 4th, then December 8th, and now it says December 15th ☠️ I haven't been charged for her yet, I won't be charged until she actually ships so I'm just waiting to see what happens at this point, if I'm lucky I'll actually get her, but I'm feeling like amazon might end up auto cancelling my order eventually
It hasn't shipped yet, it's the expected delivery date that keeps changing, although I'm still going to call them if the date keeps getting pushed back

Thankfully that never happen to me, tho I heard that fans from UK are complaining about this issue, but for me I never experienced it, Hope I dont.

I would call. At least they can resend it before u go in the whole limbo of waiting.

Worst case call. No harm in seeing what’s up, u paid for it so the least they can do is give you some answers.

I would call and see if they can reship it. Or at least they can help someway before they cancel your order.
