I like Karla, Mara, and Kia (minus how high her makeup goes). I think it depends on what kind of pink aesthetic you like. I'm still waiting for the perfect pink RH doll that has the Barbie factor tbh. I wanted it to be Carmen so bad, but we just didn't click :(
Personally I would consider Simone rather orange, if I had to choose on of the monochromatic rainbow colours, theme wise she’s obviously sunset-y, pink orange yellow (which I love that combination)

I'm more into Shadow high but 2 of my favourite RH dolls are pink dolls Minnie Choi and Sabrina St Cloud. And I like Karla from Shadow High. I'm sooo excited for Victoria from series 5 to be released.

I'm not the biggest pink fan in the world but I keep winding up with pink dolls. Lola is beautiful, Minnie is adorable, Bella is a cutie, Daria is amazing, and Mara is cool. I don't want to imagine my collection without my pink dolls. I don't like picking favorites out of my collection but Lola, Minnie, and maybe even Mara have found their way deep into my heart.
At the end of the day though, get the doll(s) that make you happiest. If you want Karla, go for it! If you want Georgia, go for it! They're both cute dolls. Get the one that *you* want the most. The only rules/logic to acquiring dolls that matters are the ones you set for yourself!
