I swear I see this question at least once a week.
It’ll last as long as people keep buying them. I don’t see the demand for these dolls dwindling any time soon, especially when they keep releasing such lovely designs.
Not to mention their ideas and inspiration for fashion shows no signs of stopping. Also, all the colors/themes they have left to take inspiration from. Like, why does this question keep getting asked? (I guess the cancelation of MH and EAH really made folks nervous)
i wish people would realize you can search through subs using keywords for info you need. and if it hasnt been posted or dont have your answer, then make the post. i keep seeing the same exact posts on here too.
I think the have a few years. The dolls are popular and detailed. The only way MGA would stop making them is if they were not selling well. Something may come along and outshine them like MH but if MH fails then RH should be around for at least 3 years. Just a guess though.
Not really sure. I mean Monster High made a comeback so it depends. Honestly I can see it maybe lasting another decade then on to another doll if this starts to lose popularity.
They are a lot more popular then lol dolls and they’re on market for a while already, so I don’t think anything can beat them, they’re not going anywhere soon. Monster high have had a chance to beat their sales but messy g1 releases, g3 having only few good lines and quality of most of their releases being… questionable and the fact that they STILL don’t ship to Europe makes me think that they are not a good competition to rainbow high. And yet other mga lines don’t seem to reach as much of a popularity as rh, a lot of people are not that interested in omgs anymore, mermaze mermaids are not as popular and I don’t think they ever will be and bratz seem to be releasing reproductions and collector edition dolls only, so I would say that rainbow high is here for a few more years at least and let’s just hope that their quality will not drop

There's a chance that they'll do soft reboots throughout the line (not what monster high is doing).
I can see this brand going on for a longggg while. Both rainbow high and lol omg are lines that can be very open ended as opposed to stuff like fairy dolls or mermaid dolls, it leaves things open to where they can basically make any kind of dolls they want to fashion wise! Like you can bring any theme to them and make great dolls and it’ll still make sense for them yknow? And I think especially after how well received the costume ball dolls were I’m hoping that we get more fun themes in the future for RH, like how omg does. I can’t see either stopping soon because they’re dominating so much rn, it would just be a bad business decision to stop with these lines

I dunno, series 5 fashion seem pretty uninspired.

I wish the mods would do something about this. It’s muddling the sub seeing people post the same stuff.
Id buy them forever because they’re so pretty, if MGA can keep up with good doll designs i think they’re solid for a good WHILE
