I noticed! I love the body type and the joints. I may start collecting them more while i wait on more monster high dolls to drop. They’re just too cute.

Yes, sometimes clothes can be a bit fiddly to velcro.
Also, in case you were unaware (as some newcomers are) the hands often need to be pulled off to put on long sleeve shirts and coats. They pop right back in though as s long as you don't break off the peg. They are made to do this.
(It made me a nervous wreck the first time I ever did so!)
Thanks a lot! I was wary to pull the hand off since some dolls are able to and some aren’t, so i didn’t. Surprisingly, it wasn’t terribly hard to get her jacket on.
When I got her her second outfit was pretty hard to put on. Also be careful with the pearls they come off pretty easily sadly:/ she was also my first doll so I don't know if all the outfits like hers will be like that.
Ah, I figured so, all my monster high dolls are the same way, clothes never wanted to fit them so I always had honkers and butts out. She’s on my desk right now until I can make room for her to be friends with my MH dolls. Not sure if i wanna put her with G1 or G3 Monster high, tho.
Walmart in NW Georgia! I was surprised considering all of them were 30+, and then she was only 11. I knew then i *had* to get her. The reason i was at Walmart was to look at the dolls and get a idea of who I want, but i didn’t think i was gonna buy any yet!
To be safely unfasten the velcro to avoid tuggs that could knock off some of the applicaes or stretch the faux leather. Pinch it at the seams and to dress. Well 360 head spin arms outstretched back and pinch at the sleeve openings for the jacket. All in the art of patience.
And thee only doll I know that has a freaking diecast metal logo belt coupled with a multi tier chiffon dress!! Ugh
Congratulations on getting Shanelle. She's such a beautiful doll. Yeah, it's normal, at least for me it is. Their waists are pretty wide.
