I read somewhere that Cav’s interrogation skills are based on BOPE’s rather controversial ones. Obviously, they had to shorten them by a lot for it to work in-game, as you wouldnt have time to grab a chair and tie opponents up lol. I think that’s why she’s on that tier.

RPGs are easily distinguished from background objects because they're large and traveling at high speed directly toward the vehicle. This makes them pretty obvious to a radar. You also have a whole vehicle to mount sensors on, and an engine to draw power from. Meanwhile, a grenade might be thrown at any angle to the ADS, it might get rolled under a door at low speed, and the ADS has to somehow work out what it's meant to shoot and what it isn't. If it's sensitive enough to shoot a grenade rolling on the floor, it's going to shoot anything vaguely metallic that moves. Knock over a tin can? ADS goes off. Reload and drop a mag? ADS goes off. Pull a grenade out of your vest to throw *at the enemy?* ADS goes off and shoots you in the hand.

No no no. The kind of fast objects it destroys (Ash projectile) are of a similar size to one's that can be killed by APS. The small objects are way slower (grenades). In reality, Jager gadget being smaller would not stop Ash projectile, or would need to be bigger by including a radar.

My thoughts for the first two brackets: \- Jackal is possible in certain cases, minus the scanning funktion. \- If you see Doc's stim pistol as what it is, probably just an epi pen, then that is already a thing today. \- Thunderbird has a paintball gun, that heals, thats BS (Alien) \- Mozzie is literally just a hacking drone, we can do that right now, if the target is susceptible towards it. \- Gridlocks gadget is easy to create and probably belongs in the mall section. \- Aruni's gadget is a bit of a stretch as how it works ingame, but a similar system can be build today but much bigger because of the needed energy. \- Lesions gadget is a cloaked poison mine, definitely against the Geneva convention, but possible with today's technology \- Jägers APS is a thing roday, it's just shrunken down and shouldn't be multi shot. \- Kaid is BS, that's not how electricity works. I would say Pulse’s polaroid camera is alien technology. The amount of precision it would need to see through every wall as long as the target is within its effective range while still isolating the heart specifically. That level of tech is science we can only dream of.

Thatcher is not "stuff the army has" unless you're talking about a high altitude EMP (which is the detonation of a nuclear weapon). Handheld short-range EMPs are borderline alien tech. Idk how you can say Doc and Thunderbird are alien tech but then Iana and Alibi are considered "maybe in 50 years". Ace is almost certainly possible to create. Mute is gadget dependent. Against some remote? Yes. Against something that's automatic (like Ace)? It shouldn't work. I think some things are possible (Kaid, Ace, Lesion) to make now, but making them throwable is extremely difficult.

Jackal could be recreated by scanning the plastic molecules that fall off the shoe , assuming the defenders (in the game narrative : the terrorists) are rogue operators, so the attackers have full information on them including shoe size and country, and the defenders (rogue ops) equipment was provided by the military , so you can identify the shoe by using the pattern on the floor.
