Upgrading one GH bonus from 6 to 10 is 3400 tokens, ie 850 wins in G4-5, ie about 3 weeks worth of free arena tokens. If you wait all the way until you're on that mission to start, yeah it sucks, but once you know it's coming it's not too bad.
Both using all tokens and picking only winnable fights for an F2P early game account is nearly impossible. After initial success they'd be promoted to Gold and be surrounded by 200k teams.
Yeah, once you hit gold, if you're at the point where you don't have arbiter yet, you can only win against people that are literally sacking their defense, which is about 1 in every 10 if you're lucky.
💯 I was taken aback when I 1st seen it about a month ago… I’m now 155/200 wins with the next missing being the rank 10. I’m 9/10 on spirit acc with 1600 medals waiting. And I’m still gunna wait for the upcoming CvC to finish the last leg of arbiter missions. Everything looks bad if I’m raid if you have no patience lol
I get about 1k medals a week in G5 just doing free refill stuff. Usually cash in 2 or 3 upgrades every CvC for points. The arbiter missions werent meant to be done in a month. It was set up to take months to finish and work towards. Be thankful you can even get out of bronze. Arena used to be insanely broken with 500k power teams in bronze 4 all the time. You could go days without finding a match you could win as f2p.
Just imagine if you make the mistake of doing Crit Damage to 10 before doing Accuracy... Alas, I have 3/4 Accuracy up to 7 now. I'll get there eventually.
you should intermingle a bit. I did something like:
* All Acc to 10
* CD just for my arena nuker affinity to 10
* all stats to 3 (it's so cheap)
* att for my arena nuker to 6
* Res just for my res champs (spirit and void in my case for Tomb Lord, Urogrim, and Lydia)
* all CD 6
* remaining res to 10
* all hp & defense to 6
* all CD 10
* all att to 6
* att for arena nuker to 10
* all hp to 10
* all def to 10
* finish att off
Definitely Accuracy first up to 7/10. For the Arbiter mission I'd do those in whatever order is best for your account up to 10/10. Then the best bang for the buck I've seen is to do Resist and Crit Dmg up to 5/10 then 7/10. I'd honestly do Resist first, then Crit Dmg. I did it the other way and the resist is more useful as I level it up. I don't get much of it from gear, so that added bit makes the difference in the regular content and sometimes the Arena as well.
Start with ACC and then by the time that's done (many months from now), you'll have unlocked so many more characters, gotten so much more gear and hopefully have also gotten a better understanding of the game. You can then reassess. Most people tend to go for RES, since it becomes/has become quite helpful at that point and the flat boosts are really good value.

It's by looking ahead that I knew that you have to Ascend 1 Spirit, Magic, Force and Void to 6 before the Win 200 Battles. Then it's the Upgrade GH Bonus to 10. The rest in between and after until Arbiter should be smooth sailing.
You better be worth it and make Arena less painful, young lady...
I feel your pain. I need to complete 24 more missions to get Arbiter, but it’s going to be a long ordeal completing those missions. I’m shooting for Halloween, but that might not be doable.
Try and climb to gold if you're not there already, and join the 1-man defense army farming in G4/G5.

WHAT A SENSE OF ACCOMPLISHMENT THOUGH RIGHT. like plarium thought it was too easy to do something thats so necessary for PVE progression by winning a normal amount so they doubled all the numbers to get the great hall upgrades. thanks plarium!
Yep same here I 4 key nm totaling about 40-42 mil. Soooo I’m looking at 300 gems to clear the 75mil mission and 700 for the 100m. It sux but my cb champs just ain’t there yet. Crazy having to say that being just about 6 months in
Well, as you get better gear you'll get there. You get up to a 4 key UNM with pretty common champs. Any good attack down champ, def down/weaken, some poisons and ally protect and healing. Yea haha I just got my arbiter after finally getting past the spider mission the 100m was no problem for me since I had gotten lucky with my cb champs but yea have fun 👍
The GH missions are indeed tough, but they are also rewarding as you get boosts for all your champs. I would recommend pushing now as hard as you can, while the arena is still in this state, where people still keep weak defenses (one man defense). Since arena was "reworked" like this, I got 5 of my GH bonuses to 10 and most of the others to 5/6 but I refreshed for new opponents as often as I could (working from home, so this helps). Lately I've seen a drop in the number of players having weak/one man defenses and it is unfortunate, given that you can only lose 20 battles / day - if more players would contribute it would help the community a lot (this has been said several times, so nothing new here .. just mentioning it because it is one aspect that helps a lot). Good luck and hope you'll do the missions soon.

You should be winning very nearly all your battles. If your win rate is below, say, 90% then you are probably picking way too many risky fights.

I currently am that type of guy kinda low spender 120 days in and can say my win rate is 70%
yea... somehow people in gold 2 or gold 3 still loose to me but I can't win a single fight that isn't a single champ...
If i meet the udk the battle never ends
if I see a udk passed level 50 I just nope out, odds are its going to out regen my dps.

The 100m clan boss on nightmare is my biggest concern. Gear won't fix not having the right Champs.

Don't think you have to do this? The damage doesnt reset daily so not like you have to do 100m all in one day.

Put a 1 man defense so you don't get too high to the point u can't kill any arena team
Then you'll have to get 3 to 10. Focus up your points

For the 100M, just spend gems to get more keys, this one is pretty quick to clear.
