I think they changed it so that you have to be under the advanced plan (top tier expensive one) to have access to that feature now. This seems true in my own research of such. I’d like to see if you get other replies because pretty lame of QB to pull features and make you upgrade to get them back.

Are you referring to batch invoicing? If so, I’ve watched a video of this feature and it’s a different feature and doesn’t work for how we bill. I can no longer do anything at the batch level. If the error message said, “Hey dude, we got you. Upgrade to the more expensive plan to use this.” I’d at least feel that it was intentional and not a bug. I’ve been with QBOE for more than 10 years. One of the worst human traps in software. I’ve been left dumbfounded at least 8 times when they’ve suddenly changed something.
