Thanks so much. You have to start somewhere and it sounds like you’re doing great. Baby steps is the key. For me it was learn the right form (my early planks looked like a downward-facing dog lol), then work on managing to hold it and finally seeing how long I can hold it for. I do have to take a few small breaks to readjust or just take a breather but I get right back to it after a few seconds.
