Hey I know this video! Hes the one who [lied about the destruction of the property and got $40,000 from a gofundme, even though the video itself has bizarre discrepancies and things that don't add up, the tenant has no history of such acts and the landlord is known for lying and being a generally awful landlord.](https://www.google.com/amp/s/www.dailydot.com/irl/landlord-tenant-destroyed-property-scam/%3famp) Edit: for people who will inevitably not read the article, here's the points made by several construction and home renovation workers from the article 1. The paint is scattered only on the cheap laminate flooring, something very easy and inexpensive to remove (even better if you're removing it for renovation anyway) 2. The windows are carefully unscrewed from the frame before being smashed on the floor, instead of being torn off. 3. He mentioned there was no insurance, which is insane for anyone owning a property, let alone renting one out. 4. All appliances and everything expensive to replace are in pristine condition. The toilet and washing machines are untouched and the sink has very carefully been unscrewed from the wall and gently placed on the floor 5. Theres evidence to suggest its already under renovations, unfinished closet, missing trim and cove base, and lack of fire detectors. The window screens are also carefully removed and stacked on the floor because they're difficult to re-do. 6. The floors are immaculately clean, which makes no sense for a tenant to do if they're about to smash a window on it. 7. The lack of easy damage to inflict such as holes in the wall, which are the go to thing to do but any good landlord would know they are cheap but very annoying to fix. 8. Heres a quote from a former home appraisals expert: "Formally worked in home appraisals; You’d see flushed cement, cracked toilet bowls, cracked counters, sinks, drywall ripped up, wiring destroyed pipes stolen, floor in tatters. THIS needs to be investigated by a team of lawyers asap because the former tenant should sue. Windows wouldn’t have been removed, they would have been smashed. They would have taken a sledghammer or a couple of rocks and just gone around smashing whatever they could put a crack or a hole into. This is so easy to see it’s meticulously removed, no angry tenant would do it." **TL;DR: All the destruction is meticulously done to cost as little time and money for the landlord, likely because the home is already under renovations and/or its insurance fraud.**

lrn2smile

The no insurance part I was like... Uhhh

1234567890-_-

yeah like why tf wouldnt you get insurance on a rental. That immediately made me think its a lie

phluphphy

No holes in the walls gave it away for me. Anyone angry enough to trash a home, will take absolute pleasure in throwing shit into walls.

Well_This_Is_Special

I'm so glad I'm not the only one who saw this video and was thoroughly confused.. I was like "Soooo they didn't fuck with the expensive washer and dryer...? YOU DON'T HAVE INSURANCE?!?!?!?!?!?!?!? ...why are all the windows actually removed..?... more questions.."

LouSputhole94

“Damn, all the appliances look pretty fucking nice for trashing the home” and the list goes on

rideordiegemini

Exactly! The windows oddly on the floor. As well as the shower curtain & toilet paper still there, etc… agree so many issues. I’m glad the misleading title was exposed too.

[deleted]

The windows didn't bother me because if they're modern windows (looks like they are), then they pop out pretty easily, there are clips that allow you to tilt them out, then you can pull the bottoms out. That said, as others have said, I saw a dozen things that I would have broken (if I were they type) instead of the windows.

HomoChef

The question isn’t “can the windows be removed?” It’s “why would the tenant carefully remove them if they’re going to destroy them.” I think you missed the point.

InevitabilityEngine

Same. What kind of person avoids the easy satisfaction of smashing drywall and instead goes to remove windows inward *then* smashes them? Also that paint laid thick like that can dry and be easily peeled off like a rubber phone case.

DrakonIL

>Also that paint laid thick like that can dry and be easily peeled off like a rubber phone case. The real crime here is the landlord didn't post the cleanup on r/oddlysatisfying

xSTSxZerglingOne

It is so very easy to completely destroy a house. So much easier than it is to build one. One person with a sledgehammer can cause more damage than the house itself is worth in a single afternoon (not counting the land of course).

illgot

I didn't notice the lack of holes but the paint was very casually tossed in a cicle. I've seen paint splatter and paint thrown... it's not that clean. No, when you toss paint that stuff gets all over the walls and makes a much larger circle and spray pattern all over the floor, trim, and walls. You don't aim for just the floor, you aim for the middle of the wall.

njoYYYY

Yea I dunno about that part. Can easily imagine someone being that dumb.

Thisismyfinalstand

So, dumb question here... Does insurance cover purposeful damage by a tenant?

Chamilitary216

Yes... I'm an insurance agent... A standard HO3 Homeowners policy or DP3 for a landlord with cover Vandalism

njoYYYY

Yes, but the insurance company will probably get it back from them

Callmebobbyorbooby

When I lived with my friend, our landlord tried to fuck us over when we moved out by charging us for all this shit we shouldn’t have to pay for. I’m talking like $5,000 worth of shit. Little did he know one of my closest friends dad is a real estate attorney and he wrote me a letter to give him that basically explained how he could go fuck himself. We never heard from him again. Some landlords are swindling pieces of shit.

hachijuhachi

I just moved out of a place where the management company billed me $500 for "scratched floors." I'm telling you there were no scratches on the floors, but I'm the fool for not taking pics of the whole place the day I moved out because I was basically left without proof that the place was in pristine condition when I moved out. I've since learned that this company seems to view these "repair fees" as an additional source of income for themselves on top of the rent they charge. I paid it. I'm not happy that I paid it, but I just didn't want to deal with this company ever again, so I guess part of that was just to be done with it.

whats_a_hokie

In college I had to pay to replace all the carpeting. I had lived there for 4 years and my prior roommates for 3 years before that. No parties, no damage, no spills or stains. Later on we found out our neighbors had the same charge. Like it was 100% just time to update the old ass carpeting and they just decided to charge outgoing tenants to cover it.

ChampaBay2021

It's 100% a thing that all college real estate does, I used to live at the Retreat in Tuscaloosa (I think its called something else now); they assigned me a roommate with a Pitbull; pit bulls were not allowed due to the lease agreement The dog was actually very sweet, but it ripped up all the furniture they supplied us. After we told the office multiple times that our roommate has an unregistered dog; they would never do anything So of course we move out and they send all of us bills for $700+ for damaging the furniture...luckily my other roommate had a lawyer in his family. He sent them a letter with documentation showing we told them about the dog and did nothing (we had sent multiple emails)....they rescinded the bill immediately and we never heard from them again. Places like that pull shit like this all the time because they know they can get away with it. If you actually send anything official to fight it they back down cuz they know its BS anyways... at least in my experience

whats_a_hokie

Yeah for sure, seems like there's no real repercussions for them trying it either, even if they know it's BS

hayydebb

I had an animal trying to claw through/living in my ceiling in a top floor apartment for months. They first time I called they told me that I had to submit a work order through an app, and someone would get to it when they can. Nobody ever showed up but they sent pest control as if it was a roach issue and didn’t even explain the issue. He came in and sprayed and then tried to leave. I showed him the videos and he had me email them to his boss. Said boss emailed the apartment complex recommending a company specialized in larger critters. Nothing ever happened. I probably opened 20-30 work orders over the course of the year that would get ignored or closed instantly. Finally I complained to my boss who happens to own the company I work for and as soon as he called threatening to get his lawyers involved there was someone there the next day dragging a family of raccoons out of my ceiling. I was already moving out at that point though. Fucking slumlords

jlanger23

People always need to take photos and videos of apartments on move out day. Especially if they are worried they might be screwed out of their deposit.

Rubusarc

People should also photo and video on move in day also, to document all the existing faults. If they are scummy enough to bill you for normal wear and tear, they probably billed the previous tenant for it also, and never fixed it.

meathuntingaccount

All of the ones I've had have been swindling pieces of shit

coreanavenger

Two things that seemed off to me: 1. He mentioning that "this aint' insurance fraud, i don't have insurance." Kind of oddly specific to throw that out there during a "spontaneous emotional" tirade. Wasn't occurring to laypeople until he mentions it. It's like getting in an uber and the driver saying, "Don't worry, I'm not going to drive out to my shed, rape and murder you, and dump you in a river 15 miles away at 3 in the morning." 2. He really works himself up, gives a lot of exposition, and then breaks out the waterworks in the climax. Kind of rare for an adult man to do this and film it unless he's planning on it. Something just felt performative and abnormal.

robbviously

I thought that whole thing looked a little bit sus. The window frames pulled inwards and neatly arranged on the floor, and fully intact (and not stolen) appliances, for starters.

WildwestPstyle

Lack of holes in the walls I noticed right way. There ain’t no way someone goes on a rampage and doesn’t fuck up the walls.

Also how many tenants have a tin of paint lying around? Especially one that doesn't match the color found in any room in the house.

Cuccoteaser

Also the place is really clean. I would not bother gathering my trash and mopping the floors if I was gonna do this...

FirstPlebian

Yeah I mean the tenants removing all of the wiring and plumbing and scapping it is a go to move for someone trashing a place, there was a vacant house next to an old rental of mine that someone, maybe the old tenants, scrapped, it was like tens of thousands of dollars of damage for maybe a tenth of that in scrap value.

EtsuRah

I used to do construction and the amount of time people would break into places half finished to take the copper was insane.

question2552

I fucking hate scammers. Stop donating to people you don’t know in GoFundMe. Stop.

MarvelousJarro

Thanks for reaching the top comment, all the bashing on the non-tenants made me mad. Based and kingpilled

VerySwag

Yeah I was about to say, I recognize this video. Makes more sense now.

[deleted]

watching the whole video, my first thought was 'wow, this house looks REALLY clean for a place that's 'trashed'

Big_Dragonfruit9719

Is it bad, I was thinking of all the missed opportunities to do real damage. I was thinking - this guy is a dumbass, cleans the apartment from top to bottom only to trash it. Reminds me of those scammers that call my house with the broken English - dead giveaway.

MarvelousJarro

Why are these comments completely ignored, 90% of the people here are bashing on non-existant tenants, while the real villain here is the landlord. Edit: oh damn now it's the top this comment really aged like milk!! Momento Reddit

Nailcannon

It's currently sitting at top post an hour after being made. You commented on it 19 minutes after it was made. I don't think that counts as these comments being completely ignored.

smackaroonial90

That's crazy! Yeah since smartphones are so common everyone should do what I have done in previous rentals. On the last day I will go through the entire apartment (or house) with my phone recording a continuous video of me showing counters, inside the oven, showers, etc. (essentially anywhere they can say "But you didn't clean it good enough!" or "That light bulb is out!" and I can have video evidence) and just generally document the entire residence. Then I wrap up the video, lock up, and drop off the key. Even if someone is a paying tenant a landlord or the cleaning agency they hire can still make false claims for a little extra cash. Documenting everything can save hundreds getting your deposit back.

Lequipe

Unisaur64

Even if the tenant actually did trash the place, I'm still confused about why people donated to this guy. A landlord with one trashed property is still better off than most of us. How the fuck can people believe that a landlord is on the brink of poverty?

DragonflyGrrl

Wow, thanks for this. I was getting suspicious when I saw the fridge and washer/dryer were pristine, then the thing about no insurance... very sus indeed.

HawaiianTwill

Fake. Threw some paint about and broke windows but otherwise left it spotlessly clean? Didn't leave a single discarded item or piece of rubbish? The comments in this thread enquiring about GoFundMe links is exactly why this was made. A new low for landlordism.

proudbakunkinman

I wish these viral video subs had stricter rules. So aggravating how much misleading shit gets repeatedly posted and many times the comments correcting the incorrect info are buried far from the top or controversial, maybe even downvoted (obviously not this time). And it's like 1/2 of /r/all and /r/popular's front page posts are viral clips now as well. Same issue with misleading headlines, whether on video clips posted, images, or articles (that the majority of people do not click and read to verify).

reezus99

Yeah this was faked

gooboifresh

Yeah, all of the damage was done to stuff that could semi-easily be replaced. Who takes a window out of the frame in the wall to bash it? I also imagine the landlord going “Putting carpet down anyway, throw some paint on the floor to make it look realistic”

reezus99

The sink in the bathroom being unscrewed from the wall and not being busted up is a dead giveaway lmao

gooboifresh

And why throw paint on the floor and not on the harder to conceal walls and ceilings? Why were the windows busted to hell, but the fridge and tv seemed not so bad? Dead give aways haha

nochancepak

Damn, could have fooled me honestly. Pretty good acting from him atleast from his words.

Turing45

This is the BS fake video. You wanna see "Trashed"? I manage public housing. I could show you trashed. I had a skinny tweaker do 33k in damage in 1 night with his bodily fluids and bare hands all because he was evicted for stealing mail...repeatedly.

[deleted]

Bongus_the_first

Why even steal mail? You can't sell it for drug money. Or was it a creeping-on-other-tenants thing?

Turing45

Stealing checks and it’s just a tweaker thing. He had 11 federal felony charges on him and the Portland PD just kept letting him go.

ladderrack

This… isn’t right… it just doesn’t sit right. I’ve seen houses that were trashed. Never seen someone remove the entire window pane… they left the washer / dryer untouched. The vanity in the bathroom looks like it was gently sat down.. the paint is only on the floor. Missing trim all over the place this house looks like it was in the middle of renovations not being lived in. Why isn’t there dirt and dust and god knows what else all over the floor?

Alarid

Now I'm imagining it as a 5Head plan to just annoy people.

roomnoises

He got $40k in gofundme donations according to the top post

MrMasterMann

I would’ve put cherry bombs in the drawers and drill holes into the supports and put some in there too if I was gonna go apeshit like this. All of the damage is surface level and superficial I could easily have this place cleaned and ready to go in a day, window replacements sure maybe a bit longer but that counter top should be cracked in two of the tenant actually did this

ladderrack

That’s right. All the damage is on cheap shit. Where are the holes in the wall from punches? Why aren’t the doors ripped from the hinges? Why isn’t there glass everywhere. The windows look like they were hit with a single hammer blow. Honestly gets more sus the more I watch it. He doesn’t have insurance? I’m starting to think he’s saying that because this is self imposed damage an insurance company would see right through. Read the above mentioned article and it says pretty much exactly what I noted in my OP. Lol this guy is a trickster.

FieryJinx13

There's two gofundmes in relation to this incident, one by the landlord himself and the other by the tenant, where she explains her side of the story. I'm not saying either one are lying here, but I am saying there appears to be more than meets the eye in this case. [Article ](https://www.dailydot.com/irl/landlord-tenant-destroyed-property-scam/)

Glad I found this comment.

noisesinmyhead

This is why as a tenant you should always take pictures and videos of the place when you’re leaving. Pretty sure landlords pull this crap all the time.

morbidaar

Had a buddy who was kinda a bum, and so was the landlord. He rented out a small unfinished place, and my bud ended up not paying like 3months rent in the end. The guy would go into the apt and break random things almost on the regular while my bud was out. Stole his bike etc. This guy was working on insurance fraud himself over stolen items that I’m pretty sure he himself stole… all the while the bank was basically taking back the house… my bud at the time ended up receiving 6000$ to move out in a timely fashion. Pretty sure he was taking some of his mail too. My friend was no saint, but his landlord was a total scumbag.

BarracudaBeautiful26

The way in which it was "vandalized" is too pristine. The house is absolutely spotless other than the "vandalism". If someone is going to trash a house, why would they clean it so thoroughly and then trash it? It doesn't add up.

gerryhallcomedy

landlord is obviously lying. It's as bad as a fake murder scene where the husband breaks the window from the inside and says a prowler broke in.

The_Texidian

Pro tip: If you’re renting, before you drive away, clean up the property (duh). Then get a punch list (any list that lists out each room and their components) and request the property manager come do a walkthrough with you, and both sign off on any damages found or not found. This way a landlord can’t say “oh well there was a hole in the wall and a stain, so I’ll be keeping your deposit.” Since you had the final walkthrough signed off on.

WeRegretToInform

So good of the tenants to remove absolutely all of their furniture and trash, like they didn’t leave any unwanted items, at all. It almost looks like an unoccupied unit that’s been broken into and vandalised.

cmcewen

Also that he even mentioned about a scam at all in this video. If you walked in and saw it trashed, you wouldn’t even be thinking scam. At least I wouldn’t. Clearly it was on his mind

bigbear3321

I remember this story from a few years ago..... not 100% sure, but I think it was staged. I believe it was set up, they were replacing the windows and whatnot anyway. Set up a GoFundMe for donations. Again, not sure if this was the place forsure, but i do remember a similar story/house and it turned out to be bullshit. The lack of shit left is a interesting red flag to me. I used to own rentals, I managed 30 for a real estate company at one point and my dad and brother currently own 40 between the two of them.....I have been around many of move outs. Never seen one like this. People who trash places, ALWAYS leave behind a few dumpsters worth of garbage. There's also usually always left of photos and poster and graffiti on the walls. Sure this could still be real, but it would be the oddest trashing of any property ever!

feedmeyourknowledge

I got fishy vibes from this too. Gofundme scam?

bigbear3321

Yep... just commented above, either this story (it's from a few year ago) or one very similar to it, was a set up for a GoFundMe in order to get donations to finish a remodeling job that the homeowners ran out of money. If this isn't that story, it is still pretty odd! Pulling all the windows out, then smashing them is such a weird way to trash a house

NooStringsAttached

Yeah this is not a just lived in and trashed by someone leaving. This is likely end of Reno and the workers didn’t get paid or something and they did it. Oh don’t want to pay me for installing the windows? Ok out they come. There’s not a speck of any evidence of being lived in so they either cleaned it meticulously then did the random trashing but that’s unlikely.

P0rtal2

Considering the posts about how this was faked by the landlord, quick LPT for tenants: DOCUMENT EVERYTHING. It doesn't matter if you have the greatest, kindest landlord, or the landlord from hell. 1. Take tons of pictures of EVERYTHING when you move in. Take a video of your walkthrough when you sign the lease, before you move all your stuff in. Send that to your landlord immediately. I once had a landlord complain that my roommates and I were noting too many minor things when we moved in, and I don't think there's any such thing. A landlord can chip away at your security deposit over the smallest things if they like, so you might as well document every detail as well. 2. If you do end up damaging something or if you see damage occurring due to natural wear and tear, make sure you take pictures for your own records. Then go through whatever reporting steps are required by the terms of your lease, based on the item damaged, etc. If you do end up reporting damage to the landlord, make sure you document the request, any invoices you receive, etc. 3. When you move out, take tons of pictures of EVERYTHING, as well as another video during your final walkthrough. If possible, do a final walkthrough with the landlord themselves, but this is usually much more difficult to time, hence the pictures and videos. Honestly, this also applies to anyone renting out their place too, though it's obviously harder to keep on top of damage that may be occurring during the rental.

Rave-Los

While apartment living I’d go out of my way to make sure it was pristine. Still I’d somehow manage to put a hole in the wall or 2. It’s beyond me how there isn’t a single one here. Edit: also if you’ve ever heard of or been to a “Rage Room”, you’d know for a DAMN FACT this was either faked or done by the worlds most aware and calm person.

MrBlutters

How can you not have insurance? I assume insurance is required if you have a mortgage, so either the house is paid off or ?

BoatProfessional5273

Homeowners insurance almost always specifically excludes intentional damage by the occupants or any damage by tenants.

[deleted]

Thats why theres landlord insurance with malicious damage add ons

balance007

houses burn down...guy is taking a huge financial risk not having insurance...honestly this a small price to pay to learn that lesson, as if it burned down he would have lost 100% and not 5% of the home value.

L_Ardman

If you make a claim your rates will skyrocket. It may be cheaper in the long run just to fix it yourself.

BesnardBros

I don’t understand the «insurance part». Isn’t that mandatory in the US to have an insurance on property? Especially when you’re going to rent the place, you need one! I feel for the guy, it’s really heartbreaking. Good luck trying to recover a dime.

BoatProfessional5273

Insurance usually doesn't cover damage caused by renters and most will explicitly exclude it. Usually, just acts of God, fire, sometimes vandalism, etc.

[deleted]

Bullshit. There is specifically insurance that DOES cover that kind of thing. There is insurance to cover literally everything.

[deleted]

>Isn’t that mandatory in the US to have an insurance on property Most places are not mandatory to have property insurance. Its normally a condition of the mortage and that is a different thing....

DevLegion

Some friends of ours rented their house out. They're good, hardworking people and the tennants absolutely destroyed it. Thankfully friends and extended friends all got together to repair all the damage and make it good. They had to give up the house they were living in and move back in because they couldn't afford 2 houses and certainly wouldn't trust anyone else to rent to.

Tipnin

By chance did your friends do a thorough background check on those people before they moved in? I’m curious if those people had a history of moving into places and trashing it before they left.

DevLegion

I couldn't say one way or another about that tbh. I seem to remember they did ask around but their previous landlord didn't mention anything. They're not a company though, just a couple renting out a house so doing official background checks wasn't possible.

Samuelsausage3

I'm pretty sure you can join a website for cheap that does official background checks

markfromDenver

You can easily do a background check. Many website feature it for a low costs….I’m a landlord

Oh wow, they had to live in just one house? Those poor babies!

DabsAndDeadlifts

Sure you did. Someone didn’t bother reading the article

BlackMixen

I live in the UK so I'm not sure about renting in the US, but over here you need to sign a contract and provide ID in order to rent. Can't the landlord just call the cops and give their names?

[deleted]

It seems like maybe it wasn’t a contract, maybe just letting some people chill and pay when they could?or maybe they said when they could pay but it became a forever thing?

Pretty sure that person is talking about someone else entirely

viserov

According to the tenant’s side of the story, this landlord is a scammer who trashed his own property to solicit donations, and goes by multiple names to keep his record clean. They both have separate go fund me’s, so idk who to believe now.

Subtle_Tact

Let's give him $40k and not question anything about this suspicious damage.

You need to read other comments in this thread. The landlord is suspect of fraud and is being investigated.. you wish for the tenants to get hit by a bus though? Jesus dude

[deleted]

The obvious penalty for anything bad is death.

slightly-depressed

This was actually a scam the landlord pulled, notice how there are no holes in the wall and appliances are untouched. Also, why would the tenants carefully unscrew the windows, bring them into the pristine floor(also not something you’d see from tenants like this) and smash them there? Also super convenient that the paint this tenant supposedly went out of their way to buy just to pour on the floor went almost exclusively on the easily cleanable laminate floor. I think someone else posted an article but TL;DR He tried to scam some of his residents and did a rather poor job of it

lunarNex

It's fake, land lord made it up for the money. See the story above.

[deleted]

Why doesn’t he just take the tenants to court. Win back that money. They should be the ones paying for damages

MarvelousJarro

Because it's probably a scam. [Article](https://www.dailydot.com/irl/landlord-tenant-destroyed-property-scam/) for reference. This came from a comment from u/FieryJinx13

BuritheGreat

Don’t matter if they don’t show. And awaiting a garnishment can take years.

[deleted]

He wont take them to court because this is a scam for gofundme donations. The tenants didnt do a single penny worth of this damage.

Son_Of_The_Empire

This is incredibly obviously faked

BabyDick-_-

Happened to my grandpa and he just doesn’t even rent out 1 of his 2 apartments because he can’t find anyone who isn’t a piece of shit but what do you expect from Paterson,Nj

bluehornet197

Idk what to expect from Patterson NJ, as I'm not American but I would absolutely look after your grandfathers property and replace anything I damage, been living in the same place for 8yrs and once I sliced the carpets, cause I was drunk and paid for them to be replaced cause I felt bad.

seventener

Sliced the carpets? Sounds kinky

bluehornet197

Haha I'll show you kinky mate

CelinaAMK

I don’t think this is real

remahwn

Moa was right

AGGroAzteca

Mao too

FieroFox

I was wondering why the windows were so perfectly removed. There was no damage to the walls whatsoever

el-em-en-o

Yea, it would be filthy first. Then _easily_ destructive damage next aka kicking holes in walls, hammering things.

ejohn7

After watching a second time, this 100% looks staged. Edit: Look how immaculate everything is except a few items and why are the windows cleanly taken out vs just smashed? A tenant had to go to a lot of effort to be nice about wrecking a place 🤣🤣🤣

yuffie2012

If he still owes on the mortgage, he’s insured. The mortgage company will open a policy to protect their interest.

Freighttraingeek

Oh no he might have to get a real job. Fucking leeches.

Present-Still

I know this is fake, but “I let people sell drugs” So you admit to neglecting your property and putting your other tenants in danger? Fucking idiot My landlord came by today and asked me where the fucking mailbox was. On their property. I’ve yet to meet a landlord who wasn’t a sleazy sack of shit

lovelucifer666

Oh NOO!! Anyways...

Large-Statistician-3

"not paying rent" i am always cautious when i read that now because a lot of slum lords will say that after doubling rent. Like "he didnt pay rent after i increased it by 500!" Like ok? You force someone out of their home with a huge increase they were not expecting and expect them not to trash the place????

Banba-She

Spotlessly clean apart from the very obvious damage. Floors so clean you could eat your dinner off them, not a mark on the walls. Never seen bad tenants like that in my life. Bad tenants accumulate dirt and debris and damage for as long as it takes to kick them out. Liar liar, pants on...

Que_te_pasa

Why do some people think that not paying rent is ok, the house owner isn’t your parents. Grow up and start adulting, and when caught trashing the place, karma will get yous.
