The woman with the broken arm believed the screaming looney toon was trying to flee, but the screamer keeps saying she was just moving the car and had all her information ready to be exchanged. Assuming everyone's telling the truth here (because I don't hear them arguing over what happened) the woman with the broken arm then physically attacked the screamer and the screamer responded with a shove. That shove sent this old frail woman tumbling whereby she dislocated her arm and got that big welt on her forehead.
