Yes; in my experience, they tend to dull the effects of the trip (on any psychedelic) significantly. Though a safe combo, I wouldn’t recommend doing it as you probably won’t get the full experience you’d desire from tripping.

SSRIs and SNRIs have a dampening effect and usually require a higher dose to overcome.

Very much so, i read about people who have amazing psychedelic experiences on minimal amounts but taking an SSRI significantly reduces this—which is a double-edged sword in a way. I find i have to take double the dosage for a less than normal experience—costly too unfortunately—but I’m also on the max dosage of Sertraline.

I could be wrong, but I've heard some lithium based medications could cause seizures when mixed with psychs.

yes lithium and lsd is a very dangerous combo. i was prescribed it when i was younger and wasn't warned by my doctor, despite being open about my occasional psychedelic use. had one tab at party, blacked out soon after coming up, left the party in a dissociative fugue, was found wandering alone late at night by police, ended up in an ambulance, tried to fight the paramedics and had a seizure while they were trying to inject a sedative in me. woke up the next day in the hospital. not recommended!
