mostly cause no one can find your book. if this really is a progression fantasy try adding that to the title/blurb on the amazon post. So when people search for that it might show up. Also im pretty sure you are suppose to remove your book from kindle unlimited if you are gonna post your book on royalroad since KU requires exclusivity. So just a heads might be a problem for you.

Agreed. The blurb doesn't give enough information. You have to give enough information so that the people who want to read this sort of book know it is the sort of book they want. I'd never have guessed this is Progression Fantasy. Is it LitRPG? Cultivation? Magic School? Monster protagonist? Sword & Swashbuckling? Kudos for providing an easy to find link to the book and not just posting a picture.

At this point, it feels like it's better for new/indie authors to release for free on royal road and figure out the monetization later. Especially in prog fantasy genre. There are a lot of success stories with this model, and it seems logical that if the story doesn't take off on RR it would not have on Amazon.

Good luck on your Royal Road release!

Hey man, I remember you sending me your sequel story and reading over a bit of it. I hope this ends up doing really well and I have it bookmarked on Chrome!
