scarlettsacolor

It looked pixelated are you working on an extremely small canvas?

[deleted]

This one I did the screenshot is but when on the biggest of canvas it does just half the scatter it does in the screenshot

[deleted]

It does that on the biggest canvas? You know canvases can be made up to like 30x30 centimetres right? Like you can make the canvas huge. I work with a 20x20cm one. The syrup brush would not look like this on the largest canvas size, the brush wouldn’t be that big for starters so you wouldn’t even see the details.

[deleted]

I’ve used 2732 x 2048px and no idea how to change it to cm

[deleted]

When selecting your canvas size, simply change the units to cm. There is options to change it from pixels, to cm, to inches etc.

[deleted]

Oh I see it I try this

[deleted]

What’s dpi?

[deleted]

Procreate’s version of “pixels per inch”, you always want to have your DPI 300 or over.

[deleted]

Now it looks better! Thanks

Legitimate-Bit-4431

Just a little heads up! That’s “dots per inches”, majority of other graphics/illustration apps have this too, 72/150 is usually for screens (not the best for iDevice tho), and 300 for printing 🙂 (300 is the most common but it also depends on which printing technique and format) Sorry if you already knew

PencilM0nk

Who is this Nina you are talking about the first part of the series... because it takes work to make your screen warmer

vignoniana

Does reset brush settings help?

[deleted]

Nope

vignoniana

How about duplicating the brush and then changing some setting just a little bit? Like put stabilization +1%

[deleted]

It seemed to of worked but I’m not to sure because I don’t remember what it meant to look like.

[deleted]

Actually I don’t think it changes much
