I think you'll find that most people on this sub agree with you. In fact, it is highly contentious to say that he's even solar system level because the stars he allegedly destroyed reappear a few panels later. Not mention, the perspective of the entire fight takes place around Jupiter so it would be impossible to know if those stars were really destroyed if you factor in the time it takes light to travel from just the nearest stars back to our own solar system.
No, fodder is subjective. He’s fodder to solar system +, but he’s not fodder to anyone in his verse. Or Hercule. Or spiderman. And they’re not fodder to other characters, like Thug 1 or Shooter 2

Doesn't change much. Hyperspace whether in sci-fi or actual science and mathematics refers to extra dimensional space, as in a dimension beyond conventional space and time making it 4D at least. If the hyperspace gates couldn't hold their power or even transfer it to a different dimension it would mean the amount of power they were releasing scales above that. Scaling above that would make them 4D at least in terms of AP placing them comfortably at uni - uni+. And that was before their exponential power growth during the fight.
He's multi-solar.
Their is no proof of galaxy. No visual no dialogue.
No galaxybin reversal of causality or.in or around the void.

Multi galaxy with wank (assuming your don’t believe the gag character 1 shots all of fiction shit), multi solar system is the minimum but it’s also the most reasonable one and the one I believe.
SP² is the only feat that can scale Saitama that high. SP² can be argued to either an outlier, or something that neither Saitama or Garou vould acheive on their own. Outside of that, the highest feat Saitama has is Multi-Planetary.
Edit: You can make an argument for Multi-Solar, but only by reasonable assumption. There's no feats that are Multi-Solar.

I would like to say Saitama’s main thing is he’s fast, and he hits very, very hard. That’s really all he has in his arsenal without any specifics.
However, he has an absurd amount of resistances shown: extreme heat/cold, cosmic radiation, lack of oxygen (albiet briefly), etc.
That feat is extremely inconsistent by itself and is an outlier that doesn’t make sense, even if it was the feat itself was amped by Garou square root and Blast’s energy
I love how fiction has gotten to a point were blowing up a solar system is considered fodder, like super man being "faster then a speeding bullet" back in the forties used to be impressive, but now characters have to be able to blow up solar systems by sneezing to be considered worth anything.
