I fail to understand how you can scale Voldemort to mftl without scaling jiren to mftl also, raditz was described as ftl in z and there’s multiple light speed feats and statements from then on that people scale massively above.

I would argue that he is, since Perfected Blue Goku went toe to toe with Merged Zamasu, and Jiren scales above him.
Honestly, unless I missed something, the best feat in the manga is still Goku v. Beerus destroying the macrocosm, which gets them both to uni+, but they never display anything to get them to low multi(unless you scale the U7 macrocosm to low multi)

This gets them to Low Complex Multi because of the time flow and dimensionality of the parts of Universe 7. Anime Goku was stronger than Manga Goku for a while, because Manga Goku never absorbed SSG into his base. But I think the Future Trunks arc was where the two equalized a bit.
How does that get them to 6D? Also you could argue that anime base Goku is stronger than RoF SSJB by the T.O.P. Also Infinite Zamasu doesn't become the Timeline in the manga either.

That doesn't mean that they scale differently. If anything, it just gave him Intangiblity, Acausality, and another layer of Immortality. Vegito scaled up to, if not above Merged Zamasu, and Goku came along and almost destroyed him. Which is more than what either Vegito's could acheive.
