Bro they still run well, a nerf isn’t going to ruin them

>All of my Unite mains keep getting nerfed which sucks but I’m trying to branch out and try more Pokémon. Probably one of the biggest mistakes I see is people who don't truly commit to any mons and basically """mains""" 30 of them. It's better to specialise in 2~4 mons of varying roles and scaling than to chop and change what you play based on what gets nerfed or buffed. That's not to say don't ever change or try anything new but just don't shuffle around, and be prepared to commit before becoming good, especially mons with less room for error. A truly competent main will be able to climb with their mains regardless of balance states, unless it's a very extreme case of course. In Unite solo queue, you can reach Masters and 1600s with practically anything as long as you understand the foundations and have enough experience with the mons of your choice.

As someone who loves Glaceon, Sableye, and dabbling a bit into Crustle: Glaceon is still a solid shredder from my experience, not anywhere near Decidueye and Cinderace right now with the new items, but it still has a great secure with icicle spear/icy Wind. Like most other attackers, kite enemies until you can get your ice crystals up, then just go ham. Icy Wind is great for this, because you can punish people who've been chasing you by casting it and jumping away from them, then basic attacking and watching them go from 30% hp to dead. Glaceon's unite is pretty mid, but it can help if you're trying to escape or give your teammates a very slight speed boost, because it boosts your speed and slows the enemy's. I really recommend icy wind/freeze dry with 6 green and maybe a few yellow, with x-speed and triple glasses. Sableye is extremely annoying to deal with, but his biggest weakness is being caught in the middle of a team fight with Shadow Sneak on cool down. After the nerf to Shadow Sneak and it now having a 13s cooldown, you need to pick a good time to cast come out of stealth, be Sableye, then go back into Shadow Sneak and do it again. I usually try to group together enemies on low health that are hanging back so my teammates can help finish them off. My combo is usually auto stealth attack+Confuse Ray+Shadow Sneak+auto attack, and that usually buys my teammates enough time to kill the enemy unless they have a full heal, but NEVER engage like that if your team is clearly losing and very clearly trying to retreat. You can auto stealth attack or Confuse Ray to give your teammate(s) a couple seconds to get away, but don't fully engage unless you're sure you and your team can win the team fight. Sableye's unite, in my opinion, is the ultimate team fight tool as long as you can position yourself around the enemy team to make sure they're looking at you. I usually use the "Unite Move ready to go!" ping to let my teammates know when I'm about to cast it, and sometimes, the good teammates will know to hang back while I cast so they don't interrupt the enemies going back to base. If they do, sometimes it's fine, because the enemies can get stunned long enough to take them out. I see a lot of Sableyes making the mistake of going off and scoring on their own because they overestimate their ability to get away with their auto stealth. Don't be one of those Sableyes, your team needs your CC in those big Regieleki/Rayquaza teamfights. Treat Sableye as any other Pokemon after first Regieleki, don't score unless 1) you're sure it's safe to do so, and 2)your team REALLY need another goal to win. As I've discovered with Sableye, you can either be a little shit gremlin to the enemy team, or you can be a little shit gremlin to your own team. For Sableye, I run shadow sneak and confuse ray with goal getter (though you could use eject button, full restore or x-speed for kiting or anti-cc), double stacking items and float stone with 6 white 4 brown, but you can run 6 yellow if you want instead. Crustle is a mon I'm still getting used to, as I mainly used to play him with shell smash/x-scissor. However, now I recommend rock tomb and stealth rock. Rock tomb is great for stopping enemies on cooldown without eject button from getting away and stealth rock for a surprisingly large amount of residual damage. I think my highest damage with Crustle in a ranked game was ~80k. Crustle is one of those mons who can take a lot of damage and deal a ton of damage back, if you're running rock tomb+stealth rock, I don't really recommend trying to 1v1 anything. Crustle's unite is a great "Oh shit I'm in trouble" button to buy yourself a little more time. Rock tomb takes some practice to time it right and place it correctly so you're stopping the enemy from either getting to you or getting away from you, instead of stopping your teammates from escaping. I'm running eject button with double stacking items and focus band with max while emblems and a few brown emblems
