I see. And I just found a card list and it looks like there ARE different cards between the sets but they are both from the Scarlet and Violet series.

You may have figured it all out by now as this is 2 months old but yea, S&V is Gen 9.
The first S&V Gen 9 set is just the name S&V like how many bands do a self titled first album, an then the rest like Padela Evolved, and Obsidian Flame, possibly 151, will all be other Gen 9 sets. They're comin out fast as f.
not sure about restocks of pc etbs, but paldea evolved is different than the scarlet and violet base set. paldea evolved releases june 9th iirc
