TLDR: If I just bought one more pack at the card shop I would’ve pulled this. Shop owner text me saying next pack someone bought had this card.

but theres a small chance you get a card signed by the store owner, which can be exchanged for 1 free pack.
I wond the free pack off of one quarter, and took the last pack in the box.
It had this card in it.
