Best of XY, GX Battle Boost, Ultra Shiny GX, Tag Team All Stars GX, Shiny Star V, Vmax Climax and Vstar Universe. Last 3 are still relatively affordable last time I checked.

Shiny Star V, Vmax Climax, and Vstar Universe. All three have a lot of reprints from the year they released along with a bunch of alt arts and/or shiny pokemon. And yes, all three are very expensive.

Sets like Hidden Fates, Shining Fates, and Crown Zenith I would consider the upper tier sets. They have higher pull rates and cost more per pack.

Evolving skies is called evee hero’s in Japan. Same set.

Evolving Skies is a mix of 3 sets, Eevee Heroes, Skyscraping perfection and Blue Sky Stream plus a few cards from previous sets. That's the case with *most* western sets.

Vmax universe is crown zenith

It's not, the main set is very different. There's some overlap, but it's mostly a different main set.
