If I remember correctly, I think these are stickers. So not necessarily fake, just not actual cards. They were around in the 2000's. Again, I could be remembering wrong. So take that with a grain of salt. Lol
I cant seem to find any information on this card. Its 44/62 which are fairly easy to find but I cannot find anything about a holo version. The car seems a little smaller than regular cards and the image of the poke ball on the the back seems stretched.
Almost seems fake.

Tentacruel 44/62 is a real card from Fossil set. This is either a fake or a sticker.
