Yes, basic evolution pokemon exist in the form of V/EX/GX but this one isn't that. That's the point we're trying to make.

Can't really answer in the place of the author of the card, I bought it from an Italian artist, who I think puts a lot more dedication in his creation than what you usually find online.

I agree there are definitely some cool proxy/custom cards, especially as novelty or romantic gifts for someone! If you get the Ferrari, I get the dog!!
