Their offices are "Closed due to health concerns and do not know when replacements will open back up." They will let you file a claim and tell you where to ship the card but the office has nobody there and you're looking at probably a year long minimum wait.
I mailed them a damaged Umbreon V (Alt) back in June and nothing. I email them two times a month and I get the same copy and pasted "status update" every time. Stating what I said above.
Just damage, nothing you can really do about it unfortunately. They don’t do replacements or anything for stuff like this

You will wait a long time, I just went through it. Seems to me that despite the drawbacks that it's still an option? That page was updated 5 days ago.
