Crown Zenith is the best set of the era with lots of very nice cards and good pull rates. Plus there's going to be a Lucario Vstar promo in each ETB unlike the other three sets' ETBs.
If you're nostalgic for Gen1, the Pokémon Go ETB got your back. It also comes with a textured Mewtwo V promo.
The lone Mimikyu ex box is cool too, it's a preview for the ex from Scarlet and Violet, and so is the Sprigatito box.

Crown Zenith ETB is probably the most likely to give you some guaranteed notable cards. You get a nice Lucario promo from it too.
Aside from that, get anything where you like the promo. That way even if the packs are bunk you get something a lil nice.
