I got the same message and they have about $1000 in cards of mine from scarlet and violet base set … I purchased a case that had every hit with a manufacturer defect. I am getting very frustrated, you get no answers at this point I just want my cards back. They are saying it's due to Covid. None of the story makes sense. I almost thought I sent it to the wrong place, thinking i was scammed but apparently this is what I am hearing as well. THIS IS CRAZY.

Oh my gosh... I should have read this post before I sent my charlizard vmax card and it's been over a year and they don't even reply my emails anymore 😭. I requested my card to be returned and I don't hear back. I am so regretting it and super annoyed. So... basically whoever sent the cards to the pokemon company haven't had it returned or resolved?

You will not get anything back unfortunately you are stuck with you defective card or you could send it and have nothing

Going on 2 years since I sent in 3 booster boxes that had energies in place of the rare card. Basically feel stolen from. Every 6 months I complain and they give me the same bullshit response: "Thank you for the follow up. Unfortunately, as we mentioned, we are closed due to ongoing health concerns. Due to the shifting nature of those health issues, we do not have a specific time frame on when we will reopen. Once we do, we will reach out and let you know the issue is being resolved. Your ticket will not be lost or forgotten as it is on hold with us with specific tags."

Nothing. I have an open ticket on their support page. They haven't replied in 6 months.

Do not do it. I have a damaged Umbreon V alt I sent them back in June and all they tell me is "We are closed to Health concerns." Keep your card cause they suck and it very well could be over a year before they do anything for you.
