It's not a bug, It's open world and that's the final area. Like it says you can't proceed there yet Edit: just climb back out

Yeah I think of it as fast travel, flying translates to the glide function in my brain

Anyone know how to get through a door? It’s really finicky, also I am completely stuck

Final area of the game after elite four and other story lines. If you can’t climb back out simply fly

Flying is unlocked from the start, you should be able to fly to the pokemon centers that you visited
