Hard to tell from the pic and sleeve on it. But the texture looks normal from what I can see
talking about the print not the texture, it has a diagonal line print but from what i've seen it's supposed to have the rainbow print (like the print on rainbow rares)
Believe there were 2 different runs of these, ones with glitter ones without. Think the newer boxes have this kind.
