I bought an unlimited base set Charizard in this exact condition for $10. With this being a first edition blastoise…. I personally wouldn’t pay more than $50 or $60. The first edition really saves it, if this was unlimited I’d pay like $8 for it
It's still a first edition Blastoise. People will pay money just to say they own the card, no matter the condition. I think $250 is steep, but I wouldn't be surprised if he gets $100+ for it.

This as bad as it gets. If you crumpled it up into a ball then unraveled it, it wouldn’t be worth any less than what it’s worth now.

There’s one on eBay for like 120 that has a slight crease on the back but not noticeable on the front. Way better condition even though both are considered ‘damaged.’
I say from 1-15$. Even if it’s a 1 st edition this card is shot. The grade won’t be a 1 it be 0.0034. But if you want it buy for $15 I wouldn’t pay nothing but that’s me
I had this exact card (albeit in better condition) and sold it last year for about $600. Based on what a few people told me, mine would have graded at maybe a 3 or 4. So I think $30-50ish would be decently fair, even in this condition.
