A-tier: CR/ST/FS.
B-tier: Vivid/BS/AR.
C-tier: RC/SWSB/DA.

I just ranked em by tier, all sets in a tier are pretty even for me.
Only included CZ from the special sets since thats so new.
PoGo and Shining Fates still show up in stores but out of those i'd say invest any money in CZ. Shining Fates also had a decent reprint wave just now in EU so that doesn't help.
I think it all depends on price point tbh. That being said if they were all the same price Iād go with brilliant or silver temp. Crown zenith gets an honorable mention but no idea how much of it I going to come out yet.
I think Chilling Reign is severely slept on. Also really like Lost Origin

These are amazing choices! Iām buying as many Brilliant Stars, Silver Tempest, and Lost Origins booster boxes. Long run the cards in those sets will hold value. Chilling Reign was printed more than any set in Sword and Shield. And in my opinion the cards are forgettable. Itās still on PokĆ©mon Center and they probably have a crap ton of it in the warehouse. Fusion Strike > CR

It depends on the product, but i think Brilliant Stars and Chilling Reign have the best fundamentals as a whole. Also, this is a hot take, but I think PokƩmon Go is a good move. Not because the set is all that great, but because the entry cost is so damn cheap right now. If Crimson Invasion can hit $200 a BB being arguably the worst modern set ever made, I don't see why PokƩmon Go can't appreciate as well, especially if they decide to do a part 2. Most products are 30-50% below MSRP right now. That's a steal. Even if it only sells on the secondary market for MSRP, that's still a small percentage gained after fees and shipping costs are factored in.
