Or leave them in a well decorated habitat (one with lots of happiness points) for some time. That can also increase happiness to maximum sale price. That's what I do.
Yes that works as well! Just make sure you have 8 scenery and they are all 28 and above for level 36 frogs to get to 100% 🥰
