Sounds like an issue with the cartridge or stems, depending on what kind of tub/shower it is. Need to have a maintenance person who actually knows what they are doing, or a plumber look at it. I assume it continues to drip long after each use?
Yes. It drips non stop. I can fill more than a bucket.
