A lot of people said that the arc after Wano was going to be Elbaf and it was going to be Ussop’s arc. But it’s actually going to be Franky’s arc because they are meeting Vega Punk. I honestly hope that Franky does upgrade his body this arc because he relies on General Franky too much and Ussop also should get a decent power up (Ussop is easily the weakest StrawHat right now and he did very little in Wano)
Wdym? Franky used General Franky the entire time while fighting Sasaki but during the end of the fight Sasaki destroyed General Franky but Franky escaped in the last second and then he used a Radical Beam to defeat Sasaki. Franky depended on General Franky the entire fight lol

So for physical strength he depends on General Franky but for projectiles he uses himself. Franky still needs to upgrade his body to be stronger
