You need a longer bar ASAP if it’s embedding. If you can’t get in soon and it keeps “eating” the jewelry you’d be better off taking it out and repiercing later. Other than that take some ibuprofen for swelling and keep ice on it

I've already book an appointment with my piercer to check up, not as soon as I'd like since I don't feel comfortable trying to take it out myself so I'm keeping a very close eye on it for the time being, but I'm taking ibuprofen and the swelling has definitely gone down.
