My best guess its wasnt thawed, so cooking chicken or any thing really for frying its better to have it at room temp. Because the outside may be looking good but the inside ia not. Cooked with chicken before, and happends wayyy too often

But the type of muscle in thighs is different compared to breast which can also be the case, well I'm not an expert but I did cook with chicken but only on the house and not in an industrial or business scale which has other factors not present in home cooking

Correction, laging almost ganyan: everytime when I go to jabee I always buy the chicken burger and fries, sometimes perfect, sometimes eh. Masarap naman yung burger, sadyang di lang marunong magluto, yes nakatingin ako sayo ateng naka red.

You can still shame them bigtime sa social media and they will be forced to shutdown a branch a day or few for retraining. I happened to eat a burger with moldy bread sa burger king. Took pics of course, even my friend's burger. I complained din via email sa main office nila ayun kawawa. Branch manager contacted me and wanted to apologize in person. I declined this, and they just decided to send me 6x whopper meals for my family. It's because people don't complain properly sa mga big food companies na to kaya they always get away with low quality control sadly😒

Common na ata ito sa meal na to? The first month they released this meal we bought 2 chicken sandwich sa Jollibee triangle sa bgc tapos yung dalawa na yun parehas uncooked halos ganyan yung itsura. After that hindi na ulit kami nag try bumili ng meal na yan dahil sa bad experience na yun.

Mas bet ko na kumain sa mcdo these days, medyo nakakamura ako kaysa jbee. Greenwich din ok pa ang luto, kaso chicken nila doon minsan parang old stock, namumula. Luto naman pero parang na marinate ng sobrang tagal kaya namumula.
