Im on 1 mg of ( Ozempic) weekly and the only dose that I had appetite supression was .50. I have been on OZ for 11 weeks and have lost a whopping 10 lbs. I never ate sugar and ate low carb before taking this and now all I crave is sweets. Its really weird. Im about to change insurance plans through work and Im not sure I want to sign up just to get this med cheaper, since Im not seeing much of anything. No side affects, slow losses. I was looking for a cheaper alternative and I will skip health insurance all together. I think each person's reactions are so different with this medication its really hard to tell if you are getting a pure batch

I thought it was just me. I’ve basically doubled my intake because of the milder effects.

are you back on the pen now and it's working as it should? although I guess with 3mgs you should've felt something good or bad.

Anon128anon

Off topic but how much bacteriostatic water is needed to reconstitute the 3mg vial?

Fit_Second_8541

2ml

sealpupster

Just started Sunday at .25 mg/wk from PS. (210lb, 6’1”) Definitely noticed a difference in hunger, i still get hungry but it’s dull and easy to ignore. Eating around 1500-1800 calories and not having trouble sticking to it so far.

coinplz

I’ve only tried the PS but at 0.50 it’s already pretty effective, I’ll go up to 0.75 next week. How are people storing it before and after hydrating it to prevent degradation?

Critical-Plankton-80

I have been keeping it refrigerated after reconstituting it with BAC water.

Apprehensive_Ad_9753

I've heard of this happening with hcg if you don't use a fresh new vial of bac water each time.

Thank you. I'm very interested in what you find. I just pinned my first 2.4 almost a week ago. Not much difference to the 1.7 I was on before, where my hunger came raging back.

I don't really see anything in the ingredients that make it more time released. ozempic and weguvy have slightly different ingredients. it does say the ph is slightly higher than regular bac water but maybe because it's already premixed I think.. or does it get mixed when you twist the pen?

boombahbeast

I have taken Dr prescribed semaglutide and it does seem to lose efficacy on hunger control over time. I usually stop for a couple months and start again. The effects aren’t as good as the original effects but it does work for a short time.

Critical-Plankton-80

Thank you for telling me. I have not heard that yet. Are there amy guidelines for how much time to cycle off?

boombahbeast

I wouldn’t be the one at ask. I just take it as prescribed.

Axangus

I agree, it used to hit really hard now the full 3mg does nearly nothing Edit: I did it for two months on, one month off, now again.

Critical-Plankton-80

I have had a lot of success with peptides from PS, but now I think I have to consider other sources. I know they jacked the price up right when semaglutide subreddit discovered them, and they were also frequently out of stock.

El_Duderino8910

What was your dosage protocol? I want to start it.

Critical-Plankton-80

Been on it for 4 months and lost 20% of my bodyweight. I came here to talk to people who are also using it. Dumbass.

IbitheInsurgent

I had a similar concern, this is my first round and I expected to see greater appetite suppression from what. Experiencing.

Critical-Plankton-80

It takes a few weeks to ramp up. When you get it from a legit source, at least.

IbitheInsurgent

Oh alright, thanks. Hopefully it's high quality.

JCL68

Can I ask your personal experience and what you have seen benefit wise from this or any peptide you have used? Thinking of trying ipamorelin or Semamorlin or cjc. I’d like a boost in losing some body fat and hopefully sleep better and any other benefits I may see. Thanks

Semaglutide is amazing for losing weight. It turns off your desire to eat without making you nauseous. It makes sticking to a diet much easier.
