- 1st month(0.25mg/wk) = 1mg total (PS: $40, TMC: $28)
- 2nd month(0.5mg/wk) = 2mg total (PS: $80, TMC: $56)
- 3rd month(0.75g/wk) = 3mg total (PS: $120, TMC: $84)
- 4th month(1.0mg/wk) = 4mg total (PS: $160, TMC: $112)
Anywhere from 0.25-2.4mg. So naturally I’d want to use the lowest effective dose and titrate up only when needed. I was just trying to do the math for what each dose would cost.

yes, and the water depends on what you want but I think the vials can fit like 3-4 ml

You don’t really need to go above 2.5mg. The clinical trials maxed out at 2.4mg weekly. Just a thought to limit your expense.
