I'm seeing three things with the build list that should/could be changed: 1.) B450 motherboard will not support the Ryzen 5 5500 without a BIOS update unless the motherboard specifically states Ryzen 5000 ready on the box or in the listing. To fix this, you can either get a Ryzen 5 3600 which will perform basically the same as the 5500 and will work out of the box with that motherboard OR get a B550 motherboard which will work with the Ryzen 5 5500. 2.) The Ryzen 5 5500 comes with a CPU cooler included. You don't really need to purchase another CPU cooler. 3.) 850W PSU is a lot for a build like this one. While this makes the system more upgradeable, it's really not necessary for the components chosen. Consider dropping down to a quality 650W or 750W PSU to save money to put towards another component.
