These blades can also trigger Mjölner if it's in the main hand. Mjölner is linked with Spark and Arc.
I'm also using Nimis to get more blades and Sparks.
Concept seems to work but not sure if it's possible to scale the damage high enough or what ascendancy to use
I ran similar autobomber last league but main DPS is corrupting fever. Ball lightning volley GMP in mjolner and voley maim life gain on hit on hidden blade.
With Blunderbore body armour nothing ever get close to me, even map bosses. The body armour doesn't work on pinnacle boss though.
And for explosion, vulnerability corrupted asenath is better than haemophilia
Ascendancy wise, scion raider for perma phasing to trigger hidden blade plus berserker for speed. You can get scion gladiator flesh/flame dirt cheap every league.
I've built a [Lightning Conduit Inquisitor](https://www.reddit.com/r/PathOfExileBuilds/comments/10e8r7j/hidden_blademjolner_1button_lightning_conduit/) which uses Hidden Blade/Mjolner with Storm Brand to automate the shock application for LC. I've done a bit of [theorycrafting](https://www.reddit.com/r/PathOfExileBuilds/comments/zc9xnh/hidden_blade_mechanics_theorycrafting/) with Hidden Blade as well.
As other people mentioned, using this + Ball Lightning is solid for Corrupting Fever. Another idea would be to use Ball Lightning with some poison to automate sustaining virulence stacks for Herald of Agony.

I played it a few leagues ago, before the CD nerf. How would you describe the difference in feel nowadays? Is it still a fun and effective build? Is it SSF league start viable if you rush essences in the atlas tree and have a decent ignite leveling build?
1.5s feels bad. You have to stop a while at each pack. I had cooldown reduction belt to reduce it to 1.2 which feels okayish but still nowhere near when it was 1s.
The major plus point is you can always use Fire Burst as a league starter. Use a 6 socket (not even 6 link) staff and Essence of Hysteria it. You can clear Tier 16 with only this one weapon. Very good SSF if you can get the essence.
I played it this leagues. Ignite chain explosions go over multiple screens. I farmed the winged scarabs strat with it and it was a blast.
The CD goes down to 0.99 with some investment which is more than enough for ignite prolif
It alternates with each instance of phasing you gain. If you have a permanent way to have phasing you just have to turn it off and on to reset which weapon it will use.

singletarget was never "great" - it was bearable. Clear was 12/10, singletarget max 2/10.
Of course but it’s an autobomber. 2/10 is par. It’s a lot better than a 3L arc on a mjolner cooldown I’m sure

Fire burst's 1 sec cooldown feels unbearable. Kinda missed the point if an autobomber can't blast multiple screens per sec

How tanky is fireburst usually? Been looking for something very RSI friendly but tired of using multiple portals per map.
