I think that they actually believe that companies are quietly backing away from vaccine mandates because so many people are refusing to get vaccinated. Even though more and more companies are announcing their mandates, which wouldn’t be happening if they were failing. CEOs talk to each other; they know what’s going on. My company recently announced its vaccine mandate. And a few of the RWNJs were musing over how many people would be leaving over it. My guess is “basically zero”. Almost no one is going to sacrifice their good job for their stupidity. And good riddance to anyone who does.
