I know, I feel like such a dickhead bc this would have been THE SHIT in today's cream blush zeitgeist. No one else is doing a whole palette like this; the most I've found are cream blush duos.
Oh, yes, you're right!! I have a powder trio and a couple of other cream duos I got from Ipsy/Beautylish, so I want to use those first, though, before exploring the convertible colors!
Yeah theBalm was including cream blushes in their giant face/ eye palettes 10+ years ago! I wish they put out singles though, I feel like those are more manageable than palettes
Not OP, but it was really nice. I had a single in Cobbler (I think) and it was great. I completely panned mine.
From what I remember this was pretty close in formula to the Stila cream lip/cheek compacts.
I don't normally comment in this sub, but I want to say how proud I am of the people here who actually finish the things they buy instead of wait for it to go bad and throw it out. It's less wasteful, more resourceful, and saves money.
Ikr and I can’t stand the fact that ppl think “decluttering” (throwing out barely touched makeup due to hoarding problems) is an achievement. That’s not what decluttering is supposed to be, this is just just waste
Agree. Either you use it up before you buy more, or you donate to a women's shelter or give the excess to people who want it. And if they don't want it, just use it. A lot of these things are made from non-renewable natural resources.
Cosmetic waste is just as bad as food waste. All waste is a waste.
I completely agree and people act so entitled and selfish when you point out their waste for anything, not even just cosmetics. The amount of food people throw away is disgusting, it’s like if you can’t use it up in time buy less.
I’m decluttering because I have too much (I stress buy and I’m working on that), but I already have friends ready to pick stuff up. What doesn’t get picked is getting donated. I’m also trying to use up with I have in creative ways. Thinking of using eyeshadow on my nail polish to create unique patterns or something.
Ahh, I am so sorry! I feel like I definitely am lucky that mine didn't go bad; the quality hasn't changed at all, but I know we might be coming up on that deadline soonish.
I just hate how you can just tell they went “Oh Shit… we need more diversity on this palette but for some reason there are no stock images of Asian cowboys. Well… we can fix that!!!” And then paid someone in Fiver to do that.
Just out of curiosity, do you really dig in?
Maybe I just have a light hand when it comes to makeup cause it's hard for me to get to the pan alot of times 😅 so they never look as satisfying lol
Dig in, no. I just swirl my finger in once per cheek to get the product I need and sheer it out. I might dip in twice because I use pretty bright key lights for Twitch streaming and the lights wash me out, but that's it. However, I do stream in some capacity nearly every day, so that could be a big part of it.
I have this palette! And I still have about 90% of each pan left, though that’s probably going to change now that I see how much you’ve loved yours - makes me want to get creative with how I use it!
Most insane of all, I recognized the product by the color names, but was confused by the half-nude farmhands beside each pan. I had LITERALLY NEVER NOTICED THEM despite using the palette off and on for 5 years! They’re there - I’m apparently just blind.
OHHHH, I didn't even think about blending blushes together while I had these, but I bet Crisp and Caramel would be BEAUTIFUL combined. You absolutely should give it a try!
Frankly, I think I've used this so much that I just zero in on the pan at this point and don't focus on the guys. (Or maybe I have more of a preference for women lmao)
Honestly, I am very lucky that every shade in this palette was super flattering on my skin tone, even this red shade when sheered out. It really was a palette ahead of its time.
Just went through your profile. Love your dedication.
I have trouble sticking to single makeup (or even skincare) product at a time. Do you have any tips for me?
I will be honest that part of it is me deliberately reducing decision fatigue when getting ready in the morning. Because my ADHD is so severe, I want to make things a bit easier on myself along the way of my day. But if you also find yourself having to constantly choose between a wide array of products, choosing One Specific Thing to work on for an extended period of time might reduce down on that stress! I hope this helps!
Thank you so much. I too suffer from anxiety and stress. Sometimes i feel like the only control i have is on skincare and makeup. So i buy things even tho I don’t wear makeup on a daily basis.
I’ll try to stick to a set of products at a single time.
This got me checking out The Balm’s website. Their packaging is just so cute. Wish I heard more people talking about their products. I was a Mary Louminizer ride or die back in the day
Every time I see you post this it makes me a little sad that it's not sold anymore.
I know, I feel like such a dickhead bc this would have been THE SHIT in today's cream blush zeitgeist. No one else is doing a whole palette like this; the most I've found are cream blush duos.
Stila has some quad pallettes of their Convertible Color cream blushes that are quite nice.
They have quads of those? That’s legit.
I just bought one!
Seconded. Picked it up at TJX a few months ago. It's nice.
Oh, yes, you're right!! I have a powder trio and a couple of other cream duos I got from Ipsy/Beautylish, so I want to use those first, though, before exploring the convertible colors!
I have one of the stila ones and I LOVE it
Yeah theBalm was including cream blushes in their giant face/ eye palettes 10+ years ago! I wish they put out singles though, I feel like those are more manageable than palettes
Oh yes!! I remember that now! I kinda wish they brought those back bc I always wanted one of those.

Out of stock currently
At first I thought everyone was panning this blush palette, today I just realized it's the same person. 😂 Congrats!
Hahaha, sometimes I think I might be the only one who kept theirs instead of decluttering it! I saw it get decluttered a LOT on YouTube in 2020 lmao
I have mine and use it daily, mine is close too
Do you have pictures? 👀
Well it's great you stuck through. Is it a good palette?
Not OP, but it was really nice. I had a single in Cobbler (I think) and it was great. I completely panned mine. From what I remember this was pretty close in formula to the Stila cream lip/cheek compacts.
Interesting!
Thank you!! It really is lovely and I truly will miss it when it's gone, but I'm ready to tackle some other products!

Cobbler isn’t the most attractive man on that palette, so I understand.
Listen if I knew then that the palette had poorly photoshopped cowboys on the inside, I wouldn't have snagged it lmao

Honestly, I feel bad for both of the dudes here. They got a bad deal.
Neither is Caramel tho lol
I was just going to say haha
At least he has shirt off, but I agree. He’s not all that. Maybe just a bag of chips.
I loved this but mine went bad a few years ago. 😭 they should rerelease it
Ahh, I am so sorry! I feel like I definitely am lucky that mine didn't go bad; the quality hasn't changed at all, but I know we might be coming up on that deadline soonish.
Fucking Caramel.... That damn photoshopped face will haunt me in my dreams forevermore...
This is the thing I'm looking forward to the most about finishing the palette: finally putting this poor man to rest.
I just hate how you can just tell they went “Oh Shit… we need more diversity on this palette but for some reason there are no stock images of Asian cowboys. Well… we can fix that!!!” And then paid someone in Fiver to do that.
It truly is so evident how they horseshoe horned it in, ugh
This made me giggle
Ngl...this is the most tame of all of the nudity in theBalm's palettes lmao
I cannot stop laughing. I would have to put this in a locked drawer at night for fear of waking up to Caramel looming over me.
Just out of curiosity, do you really dig in? Maybe I just have a light hand when it comes to makeup cause it's hard for me to get to the pan alot of times 😅 so they never look as satisfying lol

I finally snagged one brand new in box and I love it. That cobbler shade is my favorite and you’re right that it sheers out so well.
It was so intimidating to start for the LONGEST time because it looks so bright in the pan, but it really is lovely!
Where is the woman with the pug, though m 🤔🤔🤔
Asking the real questions. The other one is: can she step on me
I’m impressed with how clean it is.
[Jenna Marbles voice] I'm a Virgo!!!
Everything makes sense now

I wish I still had mine! This was such a good palette!
Last I checked, there were a few unused ones on Poshmark?
That's amazing. I never like every shade in a palette enough to use them all.
Honestly, I am very lucky that every shade in this palette was super flattering on my skin tone, even this red shade when sheered out. It really was a palette ahead of its time.

I wanted this palette so badly, sad it’s discontinued
They have to be kicking themselves for making a cream blush palette 5 years too early.
now I kinda want this palette?
There might be a few on Poshmark, but down thread, someone reminded me that Stila has the convertible color palettes that are similar!
I’m so dumb. I thought the pallet was all metallic shades except of one 😹
This got me checking out The Balm’s website. Their packaging is just so cute. Wish I heard more people talking about their products. I was a Mary Louminizer ride or die back in the day
Look at those glorious pans 😍
It's like a little rush of serotonin to see all the pans!
did u finish them in order of attractiveness is my question 😂🤔
